COVID-19 Update/Cancellations and Refunds: At Balloon Saloon we are aware of the nationwide concerns and ongoing health issues/risks posed by COVID-19 (coronavirus). Please know that we take the health and safety of our staff and customers very seriously and are taking proactive steps to help prevent the spread of this disease (including following all current and future CDCP guidelines).

We also understand that during this time many people are altering schedules, events, etc. While that may be prudent, please note that from today (3/12/20) until further notice, we will consider any and all orders (in store or online) to have been placed with "known risk" and therefore will not be able to cancel/refund any delivery or pick up orders. By placing any order with Balloon Saloon during this period, you acknowledge and accept our non-cancellation/non-refund policy.

Tax Exemption, Cancellations, Pick-Up Orders, and Refunds

By purchasing items on this website, and in-store you agree to the following: 
 
TAX EXEMPTIONS:: **PRIOR TO MAKING A TAX EXEMPT PURCHASE PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY** All tax exempt clients purchasing products, and or services provided by Balloon Saloon inc or its affiliates, and would like to utilize their tax exempt status, must submit a valid Tax Exempt Form ST 119.1 to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. reflecting the current Tax Year PRIOR to completing any purchases. Tax exempt purchases cannot be accommodated through BalloonSaloon.com website, and must be made either in person at one of our retail locations, or through our Decorating Events Department via Invoice Billing. Purchases made through BalloonSaloon.com website by entities who are tax exempt, and require a refund of the paid tax, will incur a 10% Account Servicing Fee based on the total value of the purchase made. Be sure to submit all Tax Exempt Forms PRIOR to any purchases to attain a tax free purchase.
 
 
PICK-UP ORDERS:  Photo identification is required, and or may be requested for pick up orders placed on this website. Individuals picking up orders must have identification which matches the billing information used to place an order, unless otherwise provided prior to the pick up date and time with a designated pick up individual being stipulated. 
 
 
CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS:  Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 days prior to your purchases delivery / pick-up date *exclusions apply. Cancellation requests received with 5 days notice prior to your purchases delivery / pick-up date will be eligible for a refund minus a 10% Restocking fee of the total value of the purchase *exclusions apply. Holiday / New Year's Eve order's placed on this website, as well as Holiday / New Year's Eve order's, including orders which have a delivery date within 3 days of DECEMBER 31st (New Year's Eve) placed through our decorating department, events department, or any orders placed which require an invoice will not be refunded under any circumstances. An alternative is for purchases to be placed on hold as a credit for a future date. Cancellation requests received with less than 5 days notice will not be eligible for a refund, or credit. A change from a delivery to a pickup may be made if your order is still in process, and has not left our fulfillment center, and or have been loaded onto our trucks for delivery fulfillment. Delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances, however in the event a delivery purchase is changed to a pick up, additional product will be issued to off set the cost of the delivery charge. In the event of natural, and or man made disasters and conflicts which prevent purchases from being fulfilled, a credit for any purchases will be issued and held for a future date. These terms are subject to change without notice with sole discretion of the Balloon Saloon.

Pricing

While BalloonSaloon.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. BalloonSaloon.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, BalloonSaloon.com shall have the right, at BalloonSaloon.com's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, BalloonSaloon.com may, at BalloonSaloon.com's discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We do our best to provide you with great values on the Site as well as in our store. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in our store. Store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. Our store does not honor Internet pricing or competitor advertisements from outside of a store's local trade territory. BalloonSaloon.com does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great values, every day. Customers employing mobile devices to browse the Site may encounter pricing or availability information that is either outdated or inaccurate. Accordingly, pricing and availability remain subject to confirmation at checkout for mobile users. All prices in store reflect a 3.5% Cash Discount. A 3.5% differential will be added to the final purchase on all in store, and Invoice  purchases that don't take advantage of the Reduced Cash Price. Website sales processed through this website are excluded from the cash discount pricing structure. These terms and percentages may change without any notice at anytime.
