Please know that we take the health and safety of our staff and customers very seriously and are taking proactive steps to help prevent the spread of this disease (including following all current and future CDCP guidelines).
We also understand that during this time many people are altering schedules, events, etc. While that may be prudent, please note that from today (3/12/20) until further notice, we will consider any and all orders (in store or online) to have been placed with "known risk" and therefore will not be able to cancel/refund any delivery or pick up orders. By placing any order with Balloon Saloon during this period, you acknowledge and accept our non-cancellation/non-refund policy.
